Our team worked on analyzing their entire RCM process and presented the analytical model with the capability to drill down to the last attribute within the process. We presented trends as well as redundant processes within the model which gave the hospital clear-cut insights into their revenue leaks. Three months down the line, their revenues have increased by as much as 20%.
